When you enroll in a Penn Foster degree program, learning materials are shipped directly to you. Your Student ID# will give also allow you access to download your initial package of books and learning materials. At the end of each lesson, you will take an exam through our website. As soon as you pass your exam, you can continue on to the next lesson. New course material will be shipped to you as you complete your exams, so that you will always have what you need to continue moving forward in your program.

Penn Foster's Correspondence College is designed so that you can study independently. However, should you have a question about anything in your program, help is available by toll-free phone call, or email. Faculty and advisors are available to answer your questions from 8am-7pm EST, Monday through Friday. On weekends or holidays, leave a message and your call will be answered the next business day. If you prefer, you can contact your instructors by email or by regular mail..

Once you have passed all your courses, you'll receive your degree.
